Take a look at the last few years in the Land of Oz, which currently stars Kara Lindsay in the role of Glinda, Jennifer DiNoia as Elphaba (previously Rachel Tucker), and Michael Campayno as Fiyero (previously Jonah Platt) in the Broadway production of Wicked at the Gershwin Theatre. Sheryl Lee Ralph currently plays the role of Madame Morrible, P.J. Benjamin as The Wizard, and Dawn E. Cantwell as Nessarose.
Stephen Schwartz and Winnie Holzman's Wicked, according to press notes, "looks at what happened in the Land of Oz…but from a different angle. Long before Dorothy arrives, there is another young woman, born with emerald-green skin, who is smart, fiery, misunderstood, and possessing an extraordinary talent. When she meets a bubbly blonde who is exceptionally popular, their initial rivalry turns into the unlikeliest of friendships…until the world decides to call one 'good,' and the other one 'wicked.'"
