News Didi Conn Makes Brief Guest Appearance in Love, Loss, and What I Wore Beginning June 8 Didi Conn steps into the Off-Broadway run of Love, Loss, and What I Wore June 8 for a limited six-performance engagement.

Conn ("Grease"), who previously appeared in Love, Loss…, is filling in through June 11 for Julie Halston, who is fulfilling a previous commitment.

The current cast also includes Emily Bergl ("Desperate Housewives"), Ashley Austin Morris ("The Electric Company"), Emme ("Fashion Emergency") and Susan Sullivan ("Castle").

Karen Carpenter directs Nora and Delia Ephron's production based on Ilene Beckerman's book of the same name that "uses clothing and accessories and the memories they trigger to tell funny and often poignant stories that all women can relate to."

The design team includes Jo Winiarski (scenic design), Jessica Jahn (costume design), Jeff Croiter (lighting design), Walter Trarbach (sound design) and Maria Verel (make-up design).

Carpenter also directed the Monday night readings of Love, Loss, and What I Wore that were presented as a benefit for Dress for Success.
