News Dramatists Guild DuoLogues Series Will Feature Micki Grant and Kia Corthron The Dramatists Guild of America's DuoLogues seminar series will continue with a conversation between authors Micki Grant and Kia Corthron Dec. 7 in the Frederick Loewe Room of the Guild's New York office.

The free event is open to the public and will take place at 5:30 PM. The authors will discuss their craft and take questions from the audience at the end of the conversation.

Actress-composer/lyricist-playwright Grant has written or co-written Don't Bother Me, I Can't Cope; Your Arm's Too Short to Box with God; and Working. She received the National Black Theatre Festival's Living Legend Award and the AUDELCO's Outstanding Pioneer Award. Corthron is the author of Breath, Boom; Light Raise the Roof; Force Continuum; and A Cool Dip in the Barren Saharan Crick.
