Driscoll, who penned the song "What Matters" following Shepard's murder in 1998, will be joined on stage by Max von Essen, Josh Zuckerman, Noah Heldman, Tracy Stark, David Gurland and Leenya Rideout. Jason Drew hosts.

Show time is 8 PM.

The Matthew Shepard Foundation, according to a press statement, "carries out Matthew's legacy by developing educational projects and activities that raise awareness of the issues involving discrimination and diversity.
