Graham (Honour, The Constant Wife, Dinner at Eight) will play Goneril, with McKean (Superior Donuts, The Homecoming) as Gloucester and Thompson (Julius Caesar, Cyrano de Bergerac) as Kent.
As previously reported, Academy Award nominee Waterston, a veteran of such Public Theater productions as Hamlet, Much Ado About Nothing and Measure for Measure, will star in the titular role. James Macdonald will direct the production that will run Oct. 18-Nov. 20 in the Newman Theater.
The fall will be a rich season for Shakespeare at the Public. Also planned are Public Lab productions of Love's Labour's Lost (Oct. 18-Nov. 6) and Titus Andronicus (Nov. 29-Dec. 18).
