After playing in Cardiff, Wales, where the musical made its European debut at the International Music Theater Festival, City of Dreams returns to New York City, where it played as part of the 3rd Annual Midtown International Theatre Festival.

City of Dreams follows the story of a prince in 1889 Vienna whose affair with a sixteen year-old threatens to tear apart the Empire when his parents intervene. Chris Smith directs.

The cast of City Of Dreams includes Esparza (tick, tick... BOOM!, Cabaret), Fraser (The Secret Garden, Romance/Romance), Anderson (A Class Act), Adam Heller (Victor/ Victoria), Tom Zemon (The Scarlet Pimpernel), Kirk McDonald, Danielle Ferland, Kristin Griffith, D. Michael Berkowitz, and Michael Mendiola.

The Zellnik Brothers have written several musicals together, including First In Flight – a Wright Brothers musical for TheatreworksUSA set to tour in 2003. Songs from City of Dreams have appeared on Fraser’s recent CD "Men in My Life."
