News EST's Project 35 Features New Plays by Linney, Rivera, Reddin and Gilroy; McCarthy and Seldes to Perform Ensemble Studio Theatre will mark its 35th anniversary season with Project 35, a festival of 35 readings of new plays, which will last 35 days from Nov. 10 to Dec. 18.

Among the plays will be Romulus Linney's Masterbuilder Johnson, Jose Rivera's Massacre (Sing to Your Children), Keith Reddin's The Missionary Position and Frank D. Gilroy's The Lake. Other playwrights represented will be Adam Forgash, James DeMarse, Kevin Christopher Snipes, Amy Fox, Laurence Luckinbill, Arthur Giron, Conrad Bromberg, Chris Ceraso, Julie Leedes, Marti Evans Charles, Annie Baker, James Ryan, Jeanne Dorsey, Bill Bozzone, Susan Haar, Anton Dudley, Paul Mullin, Judy Tate, Edward Allan Baker, Linda Faigao-Hall, Michael Louis Wells, Shirley Lauro, Amy Staats, Edith Freni, Cori Thomas, Leslie Lyles, Ann Marie Healy, Lloyd Suh, J. Holtham and Graeme Gillis. That's 34 plays, if you're counting — the 35th play is still to be announced.

Also participating are the performers Andrew McCarthy and Marian Seldes and the director Leigh Silverman. Other actors and directors have yet to be announced.

The readings will take place at Ensemble Studio Theatre's mainstage theatre at 549 West 52nd Street, between 10th and 11th Avenues. For tickets, priced $10, call (212) 352-3101.
