Frances Ruffelle, who won a Tony Award for originating the role of Eponine in Broadway’s Les Misérables, returns to New York City 7 PM October 8 with her new cabaret show, Frances Ruffelle Live(S) in New York! at The Green Room 42.

Producers are promising “a wildly entertaining ride straight through the core of the most tender heart, fiery passion and loose comic confidence of a seasoned performer at the height of her game.”

Co-created by Ruffelle and Gwyneth Herbert, Frances Ruffelle Live(S) in New York! will also feature a special guest appearance by Craig Bierko (The Music Man, Cinderella Man, UnReal). The show will have musical arrangements by Herbert with additional arrangements by Jude Obermuller and David Barber.

Though Les Mis was her only Broadway appearance to date, Ruffelle has had a busy career on West End stages, most recently as Queenie in the U.K. premiere of Michael LaChusa’s The Wild Party.
