Charter Members, First Run Theatre's second production of 2000 at New York City's Phil Bosakowski Theatre, will close April 9. Performances began March 24.

Set in 1979, when the Vietnam War was still fresh in the minds of the nation, a career army officer and former scoutmaster gathers together three of his former scouts to honor one of their own killed in action in Vietnam. One of the scouts' father has also recently passed away -- after enrolling in the army's undercover LSD experiments. G.J. Smallberg is the author of Gold Ring and Today is Yesterday's Tomorrow.

Former INTAR managing director James DiPaola directs Jim Christopher, James Cleveland, Anthony Grasso and Jim Wisniewski.

Designing Members are Tim Golebiewski (sets) and Lisa Ebbert (lighting). Fred Velez is the stage manager.
