The 3 PM reading features the talents of Dierdre Friel, Eric Leviton, Charlotte Cohn, Joy Hermalyn, Fran Jaye, Q Smith, Mark Campbell, John Fico, Katherine Tokarz, Gerti Lee James and Lucia Gianetta. Lighter: The Diet Musical was penned by Monica Bauer. The musical, according to press notes, concerns "the story of two diet-crossed lovers, where a low-carb lady leaves her high-carb man in search of fame and fortune on 'American Weight Loss Idol.'"

The reading will be presented at the York's home at The Theatre at Saint Peter's on 54th Street, east of Lexington Avenue.
