Joining McDonough will be Dan Daily, Claire Lautie, Timothy McCracken, Samantha Soule and Mark J. Sullivan. Gurney's play requires its six actors to portray over 50 roles throughout the performance.
Jonathan Silverstein will direct the production, which "in a series of scenes [dissects] birthday parties, holidays, breakfasts, affairs, and every imaginable form of American familial relations. Spanning the century and a single day at the same time, The Dining Room is a humorous and moving evocation of family life, past and present," according to press notes.
