"A Very Glee Christmas" marked the mid-season of the Fox musical series, which will return with original episodes Feb. 6, 2011, premiering its spring season after the Super Bowl.
CBS Evening News anchor Katie Couric will guest star on the February episode, which, according to the Los Angeles Times, will feature covers of Destiny's Child's "Bills Bills Bills" and Michael Jackson's "Thriller."
Series co-creator Ryan Murphy told the Times that Couric will not be performing a "Tea for Two" song-and-dance number with "Glee" star Matthew Morrison as previously reported.
"Glee" currently airs Tuesdays at 8 PM on Fox. It will air Wednesdays at 9 PM beginning with the post-Super Bowl episode.
