Free, outdoor performances of Gorilla Repertory Theater Company’s The Bacchae kicked off July 14 at Summit Rock in Central Park and continues on select evenings through August 8.

The Greek tragedy has been adapted by playwright and poet Matthew Gasda and is being performed Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings.
