Graae and Crivello join the previously announced Len Cariou for the Kismet concerts, which will be presented Jan. 20-Feb. 1, 2004 at UCLA's Freud Playhouse. Featuring a score by Alexander Borodin, Robert Wright and George Forrest, Kismet boasts such songs as “Stranger in Paradise,” “Baubles Bangles and Beads” and “And This Is My Beloved.” Arthur Allan Seidelman, who helmed the Reprise! mountings of Hair, Follies, Mack and Mabel, Of Thee I Sing and The Boys From Syracuse will direct; Rob Barron will supply the choreography.

Jason Graae starred on Broadway in A Grand Night for Singing, Falsettos, Stardust and Do Black Patent Leather Shoes Really Reflect Up?, and appeared in the Hollywood Bowl concert version of The Music Man as Marcellus Washburn. His Off-Broadway credits include roles in Forever Plaid; Hello Muddah, Hello Fadduh; Olympus On My Mind; and All in the Timing. Graae also starred in the Reprise! concerts of Of Thee I Sing!, Anything Goes and The Boys from Syracuse.

Anthony Crivello won a Tony Award for his performance in Kander and Ebb's Kiss of the Spider Woman. He also appeared on Broadway in Marie Christine, Les Misérables, The News and Evita. Crivello's other theatrical credits include The House of Martin Guerre, Measure for Measure, Jane Eyre, Expecting Isabel and Do I Hear a Waltz? His numerous screen credits include "Texas Rangers," "Independence Day," "The Glass Jar," "Jane Austin's Mafia!," "Slaves of New York" and "Spellbinder."

Len Cariou won a Tony Award for his performance in the title role of Stephen Sondheim’s Sweeney Todd. He also received Tony nominations for his work in Applause and A Little Night Music. Cariou’s other Broadway credits include Proof, The Dinner Party, Teddy & Alice, Dance a Little Closer, Cold Storage, Don’t Call Back, Night Watch and King Henry V. Cariou recently starred in the National Actors Theatre's production of The Persians.

Reprise! Broadway’s Best began with a concert version of Promises, Promises starring Jason Alexander, Alan Thicke and Jean Smart. Since that time 20 musicals have been presented at the UCLA Freud Playhouse, which is located within Macgowan Hall. The final concert production of the season will be Stephen Sondheim’s award-winning musical Company, May 18-30. David Lee, who created the television series “Wings” and “Frasier” will direct the musical, which features a book by George Furth and such Sondheim favorites as “Being Alive,” “Getting Married Today,” “The Ladies Who Lunch,” “Barcelona,” “Sorry Grateful” and the title tune.
