The Jeffrey Baron play concerns octogenarian Green, a widower living on the Upper West Side, whose life is disrupted when Ross Gardiner -- a young man who almost ran Green down the year before -- is sentenced to visit the old man for six months as part of his community service. Lonny Price directed the comedy, which opened Dec. 15, 1997.
