News Grey Gardens Team Will Appear on "Working" TV Series Dec. 3 and Beyond The American Theatre Wing's "Working in the Theatre" series takes an in-depth look at the creation of the new musical Grey Gardens with its creative team and leading actors on CUNY TV on Dec. 3 at 5 PM.

The segment will repeat on Dec. 8 at 2 and 7:30 PM, Dec. 9 at 11 AM, and Dec. 10 at 5 PM.

The program brings together show stars Christine Ebersole, Mary Louise Wilson and Erin Davie with composer Scott Frankel, director Michael Grief, lyricist Michael Korie, and book writer Doug Wright, to discuss the critically acclaimed Grey Gardens.

Sue Frost serves as moderator.

Now on Broadway at the Walter Kerr Theatre, "Grey Gardens brings to life both the delightfully eccentric aunt and the cousin of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. Once among the brightest names in the pre-Camelot social register, these two women became East Hampton's most notorious recluses, living in a dilapidated 28-room mansion. Set in two eras — in 1941 when the estate was in its prime and in 1973 when it was reduced to squalor — the musical tells the alternately hilarious and heartbreaking story of two indomitable women, Edith Bouvier Beale and her adult daughter 'Little' Edie."

The ATW panels bring together theatre's best-known performers, producers, playwrights, directors, choreographers, composers, agents and others.
