A onetime child prodigy, Hahn made her debut with the Baltimore Symphony at age 11. After graduating from the Curtis Institute at 16, she signed an exclusive contract with Sony Classical and made five award-winning recordings for the label. Hahn performs the Elgar concerto with the New York Philharmonic on December 9 and 11.
