On April 8, 9, 10, 15, 16 and 17, Hoffman will perform her unique mix of comedy and song at the Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Center's Renberg Theatre. Michael Schiralli directs. In her one-woman show, the comedic actress skewers her Broadway debut and also offers a handful of original songs, including "Three Minutes on Broadway"; a reworking of Stephen Sondheim's "I'm Still Here," sung from the perspective of a spoiled child actress; a tribute to the Jewish holiday "Shavuot"; "Eurotrash," based on her recent let-down-of-a-trip to Italy; and "Gay Baby," a lament about the unavailability of her gay friends (and former playmates) who are now having children.

Jackie Hoffman received a Theatre World Award for her work in Hairspray. Her other theatrical credits include Book of Liz (Obie Award), Straightjacket, Incident at Cobbler's Knob and One Woman Shoe (Jeff Award). Hoffman has been seen on screen in "Garden State," "Legally Blonde II," "Kissing Jessica Stein," "Large's Ark," "Mo' Money" and "Freaky Friday."

The Renberg Theatre is located in Hollywood at 1125 N. McCadden Place. Tickets, priced at $25, are available by calling (323) 860-7300.
