News I Can't Sing! Opens at West End's London Palladium March 26 I Can't Sing!, the new musical based on TV's "The X Factor", opens officially at the West End's London Palladium March 26, following previews that began March 5. (The originally scheduled start date of Feb. 26 was previously postponed.)

The musical is co-written by Harry Hill and composer Steve Brown and features Nigel Harman as "X Factor" supremo Simon and Cynthia Erivo and Alan Morrisey as lovestruck contestants Chenice and Max, respectively. They are joined by Ashley Knight, Victoria Elliot, Simon Bailey, Billy Carter, Simon Lipkin, Joe Speare, Katy Secombe, Charlie Baker, Shaun Smith and Rowen Hawkins in featured roles. The cast is completed by Luke Baker, Adam J Bernard, Jenna Boyd, Cyrus Brandon, Gabrielle Brooks, Scarlette Douglas, Kelly Ewins, Scott Garnham, Cherelle Jay, Faisal Khodaukus, Jaye Marshall, Brian McCann, Max Parker, Joseph Prouse, Steven Serlin, Kirstie Skivington, Philippa Stefani, Gary Trainor and Alex Young.

The musical is presented by Stage Entertainment UK and Syco Entertainment, and directed by Sean Foley. The creative team also includes choreographer Kate Prince, designer Es Devlin, sound designer Gareth Owen, lighting designer Hugh Vanstone and musical supervisor Phillip Bateman.
