News Idina Menzel Has PBS Concert, DVD and Gay Cruise On Full Plate Tony Award winner Idina Menzel, who is featured on the current season of "Glee," has many projects on her plate, including an upcoming PBS concert.

As previously reported, the Wicked star's November Toronto concerts were filmed for broadcast in March 2012.

Via Twitter, Menzel revealed Dec. 2 that the concert will also be available on DVD and CD: "Editing my PBS special today. And mixing the live album and DVD! Feeling really good about it!" The singing actress also Tweeted Dec. 30 that she will perform on an upcoming gay cruise: "ready to hang with all my boys on the gay cruise gig i'm doing soon. any song ideas? styling advice? ...?" According to ContactMusic.com, Menzel will headline the Allure Caribbean Cruise, which departs Jan. 29 from Fort Lauderdale.

Menzel won a Tony Award for Leading Actress in a Musical for her work as Elphaba in Wicked; she also opened the London production of that hit musical. Menzel created the role of Maureen in the original Broadway company of Rent, and her other theatrical credits include the City Center Encores! production of Hair, Manhattan Theatre Club's The Wild Party, the Public Theater's See What I Wanna See and the benefit Funny Girl concert. Menzel's screen credits include "Glee," "Ask the Dust," "Rent" and "Enchanted."
