Groundhog Day, the new musical from Tim Minchin and Danny Rubin, stepped into the studio to record their original Broadway cast album.
The Matthew Warchus-helmed production stars two-time Tony Award nominee Andy Karl and will open officially April 17 at the August Wilson Theatre .

The production premiered last year at London's Old Vic. The musical’s Broadway bow is produced by Whistle Pig, Columbia Live Stage, and the Dodgers.
