Presented at the Community Center Theater by California Musical Theater, the 2006 Tony Award winner for Best Musical will play as part of the Broadway Sacramento season, Sept. 7-22. Single tickets go on sale July 30; seats are currently available to Broadway Sacramento subscribers and groups of 12 or more.
There are currently two companies performing the show — one at San Francisco's Curran Theatre (where the tour launched Dec. 1, 2006) through Sept. 30; and another at Los Angeles' Ahmanson Theatre (with the original tour cast) through Sept. 30. Casting for the Sacramento run has not yet been announced.

Des McAnuff (The Who's Tommy, Big River) directs and Sergio Trujillo choreographs the story of American pop group The Four Seasons — the highs, the lows and all in between.
Jersey Boys features music by Bob Gaudio, lyrics by Bob Crewe, and a book by Marshall Brickman & Rick Elice. The production garnered four Tony Award wins: for stars John Lloyd Young and Christian Hoff, lighting designer Howell Binkley and for the top prize Best Musical.
The design team includes Klara Zieglerova (scenic), Jess Goldstein (costume), Howell Binkley (lighting), Steve Canyon Kennedy (sound), Michael Clark (projections) and Charles LaPointe (wig and hair design). Steve Orich handles orchestrations while Ron Melrose takes on music direction, vocal arrangements and incidental music.
The Jersey Boys tour is produced by Dodger Theatricals, Joseph J. Grano, Tamara and Kevin Kinsella, Pelican Group, in association with Latitude Link and Rick Steiner.
