Ferguson, recently seen in Shakespeare in the Park's Comedy of Errors, added, "Never been happier."
The couple, who have been together for over two years, were engaged this past September in Mexico. Attendees at the wedding included Julie Bowen and Cat Deeley.
Ferguson was seen on Broadway in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and On the Town. He also appeared on stage in the Public Theater's The Merchant of Venice and is best known for his work on the ABC comedy series "Modern Family."
