News John Tartaglia’s ImaginOcean Will Debut on the Fourth Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship in May The Drama Desk-nominated Off-Broadway family musical, John Tartaglia's ImaginOcean, which plays Manhattan's New World Stages, continues to expand on the seas.

The fourth installation of the show will debut aboard Royal Caribbean’s The Freedom of the Seas in May. The show can now be seen on Oasis of the Seas (opened November 2009), Allure of the Seas (opened December 2010) and Liberty of the Seas (opened January 2011).

In a statement, creator-writer-co-producer Tartaglia said, "ImaginOcean made its debut on Oasis of the Seas where it ran for several months prior to opening at New World Stages in New York in the spring of 2010. Our goal as the producers of this show continues to focus on making this universal family musical accessible to as many people as possible -- on land and at sea -- and we are thrilled to continue our relationship with Royal Caribbean and install our fourth production on Freedom of the Seas next month."

ImaginOcean, according to press notes, is a "one-of-a-kind, innovative glow-in-the-dark musical. The 50 minute production features extraordinary puppets, memorable original songs, and a heartwarming journey of discovery by three loveable fish named Tank, Bubbles, and Dorsel who take the audience on their singing, bubbling, jiving adventure, making friends along the way."

John Tartaglia's ImaginOcean is produced by Jellyfish Jive Productions, a collaboration of John Tartaglia, Philip Katz (Broadway Theatrical) and Michael Shawn Lewis.
