Rachel Bloom, the star and creator of the hit musical comedy series Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, has given fans a sneak peek at what to expect in the yet-to-debut season three: a guest appearance from Tony nominee Josh Groban.
Bloom shared an image of Groban on set for the show with the caption: “Josh Groban is gonna be on Crazy Ex-Girlfriend but it’s a secret so don’t tell anyone.”
Season three of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend will premiere October 13. The show can be streamed via the CW App.
Crazy Ex-Girlfriend follows Rebecca, played by Bloom, who has abandoned her job at a law firm in New York in an attempt to find happiness in West Covina, California.
Groban, who was nominated for a 2017 Tony Award for his role as Pierre in Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812, departed the Broadway musical July 2. He has since announced that he will soon begin working on his eighth album.
