How I Met Your Mother star Josh Radnor and Oscar winner F. Murray Abraham have joined the rotating, star-studded cast of White Rabbit Red Rabbit, performing July 25 and July 18, respectively.

White Rabbit Red Rabbit, by Nassim Soleimanpour, is playing Monday nights exclusively with a rotating cast that has included the likes of Nathan Lane, Whoopi Goldberg, Patrick Wilson, Brian Dennehy, Wayne Brady, Mike Birbiglia, Cynthia Nixon, Kyra Sedwick, Martin Short, Bobby Cannavale, David Hyde Pierce, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Alan Cumming and George Takei. The acclaimed solo show began performances March 7 at the Westside Theatre; each Monday, a different actor is handed a script to perform without the help of a director, rehearsals or a set.

Why Major Stars Are Risking It All to Perform a Play They Won’t Read Until Opening Night

Stage and screen actress Rachel Dratch is scheduled to perform June 20, along with House of Cards' Reg E. Cathey June 27 and comedian Kathy Najimy July 11.

Forbidden to leave his country, Iranian playwright Soleimanpour transcribed his experience of isolation into this unique stage work. The play premiered at the 2011 Edinburgh Festival Fringe, where it won a series of awards. It has since been translated into 15 different languages and performed globally. “This wildly entertaining and thought-provoking theatrical piece – where no audience can see the same show twice - blends drama, comedy and social experiment,“ state press notes.

The show is presented by Maberry Theatricals in support of PEN International, working to promote literature and defend freedom of expression around the world. “We are thrilled to be working with such an extraordinary group of performers, and to be partnering with PEN International, on such an intriguing and provocative work,“ said lead producers Devlin Elliott and Tom Kirdahy in a press statement. “Each night will bring its share of surprises. We can't wait to be surprised ourselves. Remember, no cheating! Don't google this play!“

Tickets to White Rabbit Red Rabbit are on sale via or by calling (212) 239-6200. The Westside Theatre is located at 407 W. 43rd St., Manhattan.
