"When it comes to theatrical lighting design Jules Fisher and Peggy Eisenhauer are the gold standard," producer Donald De Line stated. "Their talent and creativity have brought a dazzling new dimension to 'Burlesque,' and we are thrilled to have them on this project." The Screen Gems film, which stars Cher, Christina Aguilera, Eric Dane, Cam Gigandet, Julianne Hough, Peter Gallagher, Alan Cumming, Kristen Bell and Stanley Tucci, recently wrapped filming at Sony Studios.

"Burlesque" will be released in theatres nationwide Nov. 24, 2010.

"A dramatic musical," press notes state, "the film focuses on a young hopeful singer (played by Aguilera) who is befriended by the more seasoned nightclub proprietor and headliner (Cher) who owns the glamorous and once illustrious Burlesque Lounge where all of the film's musical numbers take place."

Collectively, Fisher and Eisenhauer have over 150 Broadway shows to their credit including a combined 27 Tony nominations. Their past work includes Cabaret, Ragtime, Jesus Christ Superstar, Pippin, Hair, La Cage aux Folles, Gypsy (2003 revival), Jelly's Last Jam, Victor/Victoria, Chita Rivera: The Dancer's Life, Grand Hotel, Assassins as well as the dramas Angels in America, Lenny and American Buffalo, among others.
