Julia Murney and Ric Ryder will offer the songs of Steve Marzullo at a special performance at The Duplex Cabaret Theatre on Sunday, Nov 24.

The concert, which will feature Marzullo on piano, is scheduled for 9 PM at the downtown cabaret. The composer is, perhaps, best known for the song "I Hid My Love," which was recorded by three-time Tony Award winner Audra McDonald. Marzullo has also written the music for Joyce Jackson's Guide to Dating, Fools Rush In and The Wild Flowers Bloom. He also plays the keyboards at the Broadway production of Mamma Mia!

Julia Murney recently took part in the all-star Funny Girl concert to benefit the Actors Fund of America, where she sang the Streisand standard "People." She received a Drama Desk nomination for her work in Andrew Lippa's The Wild Party, and her other theatrical credits include Crimes of the Heart, Time and Again, A Class Act, Cloud 9, Snapshots and Mata Hari. Last month, Murney made her solo concert debut at the Ars Nova Theatre. Ric Ryder played Jacey Squires in the revival of Meredith Willson's The Music Man and has also appeared on Broadway in Grease!, Blood Brothers and Starmites. Ryder's Off Broadway credits include roles in The Jazz Singer, A New Brain, Chess and Gifts of the Magi.

The Duplex Cabaret Theatre is located in New York's West Village at 61 Christopher Street. There is a $12 cover charge and a two-drink minimum; call (212) 989-3015 for reservations.
