Comedian and writer Kate Clinton will perform her latest one-person show, Y2K8.comedy, at the Osher Marin Jewish Center Nov. 6-7 in San Rafael, California.
Clinton calls herself a "fumerist," shorthand for humorist plus feminist. She is the author of the book "Don't Get Me Started" and the show Out Is In, which ran in New York for three months. She also writes for theatre maven Rosie O'Donnell's talk show and recently released a disc, "Comedy You Can Dance To."
Her most recent venture in New York was Correct Me If I'm Right at the Westbeth Theatre. That show began previews Jan. 19,1999, opening Jan. 28 for a run through Feb. 20.
