At the famed Manhattan venue, O'Hara will be backed by musical director Dan Lipton on piano, Howard Joines on drums/percussion, Antoine Silverman on violin/fiddle, Mark Vanderpoel on upright bass and Matt Beck on acoustic guitar, banjo and mandolin. Show time is 8 PM.
"Always," which will be released both digitally and physically May 31 on the Ghostlight Records label, features a collection of tunes the singing actress has been performing during her concert engagements around the world.
On the day the CD is released, O'Hara will also offer a performance and signing at the Manhattan Barnes & Noble, located at 86th Street and Lexington Avenue; the event will begin at 6 PM.
The CD, produced by Dan Lipton and Lawrence Manchester, was recorded in Manhattan at MSR Studios Feb. 19. Kurt Deutsch is the executive producer.
