The Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company lost managing director Imani Drayton-Hill in August in a departure announced last winter. Now, the company has brought Kevin Moore to the post, as of Sept. 28.

Moore came to Woolly Mammoth from San Diego's La Jolla Playhouse, where he was director of Marketing and Communications for five years. He also served on the Cultural Tourism Committee of the City of San Diego, the Marketing Committee of the San Diego Performing Arts League, and as the Vice President of Creative Response of the Arts, a fundraising agency that supports AIDS service organizations.

Moore holds a Master of Arts degree in Arts Administration from Indiana University.

The Woolly Mammoth Theatre is a member of the National New Play Network, Theatre Communications Group, the League of Washington Theatres, and the Cultural Alliance of Greater Washington.
