Dog & Pony, the theatre troupe that pops up every now and then to perform a slightly haphazard, one-night-only variety show, is back at it again. On Jan. 14, at 8 PM, the latest Dog & Pony Show will be presented at the Atlantic Theatre Company Off-Broadway.
Chief among the attractions will be a new short play by Greg Kotis, the co-lyricist and librettist of Broadway's Urinetown. Directing will be John Clancy, the erstwhile artistic director of the New York International Fringe Festival. Bill Coelius and Ben Schneider are in the cast. The play has no title as of press time.
Also in the line-up are The Nice Men, made up of Dan Gunderman, Brian Mooney, and Don Protas and Sara Lamm's Teatro de Los Interesados with Matthew Brookshire.
Brent Cox and Rugged Rick will host the show.
Tickets are $6. For further information, call 212-627-2457. —By Robert Simonson
