The fundraiser, which highlights the artists of the Los Angeles stage's 2007-08 season, will take place Jan. 11, 2008. Geffen artistic director Randall Arney will moderate the audience Q&A session with all seven of his season's creators: Anderson (The Quality of Life), Beaty (Emergence-SEE!), Hummon (Atlanta), LaBute (Some Girl(s)), Margulies (The Elephant in the Room), Pasdar (Atlanta) and Rivers (Joan Rivers: A Work in Progress By a Life in Progress).

The audience will be invited "to continue their conversations in a more intimate fashion during a mix and mingle with the playwrights and Geffen Playhouse artistic staff" immediately following the event, according to a release.
