Eric Overmeyer's picaresque drama about three women explorers from the Victorian era, On The Verge or The Geography of Yearning, will open Feb. 19 at the 24th St. Theatre for a one-month run. Stephanie Shroyer is the director. Marian Mercer, Karen Bankhead and Sarah Zinsser play the intrepid lady travelers and Wesley Mann is the Everyman they keep bumping into at every turn in the road.

The play has original music by Jonathan Sacks, set design by Deena Lynn Mullen and Seanne Farmer, lighting by Debra Lockwood, costumes by Theresa Lee Costanzo and sound by Ruth Judkowitz.
