Off-Off-Broadway's Blue Heron Arts Center will close the musical revue E.E.!, April 16 in the Mainstage Theatre at the Center. Performances for the limited-run began April 13.

E.E.! musicalizes the unique poetry of American writer e.e. cummings, who is well known for his lack of punctuation and self-styled capitalization. The song list features some of his most famous poems and other cummings gems, including "Buffalo Bill's," "my sweet old etcetera," "pity this busy monster, manunkind," "ygUDah!," "I'M VERY FOND OF BLACK BEAN SOUP" [sic] and "I SING OF OLAF."

Stephen R. Scotti conceived the revue and wrote the music accompanying Cummings' poetry. William A. Finlay choreographs and directs.

Featured in the cast are Maggie Anderson, Meghan Conway, Michael Freshko and David Salyers.

The design team includes Jason Cina (lights) and Christine Hanak (costumes). Adrienne Kupper is the production stage manager. Tickets are $20 and available by calling (212) 332-0027. The Blue Heron Arts Center is located at 121 E. 24th Street.
