After Beauty Queen abdicates, Virginia Stage will mount William Finn's musical Falsettos, starting Feb. 21. Miss Saigon Tony nominee Willy Falk will play Mendel the psychiatrist; Erica Green is Trina. The Importance of Being Earnest follows in April.
