Last Chance to catch the literary drama The Steward of Christendom by Sebastian Barry, ending its scheduled run at Boston's Huntington Theatre Company April 11. Previews began March 12 for a March 17 opening. Steward explores of the mind of Thomas Dunne, a former Irish Catholic police chief who guarded his enemy -- the British government -- at a time his peers were seeking liberation.
Steward was originally produced in March 1995 by director Max Stafford-Clark's Out of Joint Theatre Company in association with The Royal Court Theatre.
