Paula Vogel's The Baltimore Waltz will end its run at the Lyric Stage Company of Boston March 14. Performances began Feb. 12. A semi-autobiographical play, The Baltimore Waltz follows Anna, a school teacher, and her brother Carl through Europe as he falls in love. Vogel, whose own brother died in 1988 of AIDS, wrote the play in memory of him.

Paula Plum (Elliot Norton Award for 1998's Best Fringe Production for "Plum Pudding") directs the cast, which includes Marjorie Zohn (Anna), John Kuntz (Carl) and Richard Snee (various characters).

Other Vogel plays include How I Learned To Drive and Desdemona.
