Laura Benanti's busy summer just got a little busier.
Having wrapped her Tony-nominated performance in She Loves Me July 10, having made an appearance as Melania Trump July 19 that went viral, and having announced August 11 that she is pregnant, Benanti has now added that she will make her debut at the tony Manhattan nightclub Café Carlyle in September.
The New York Times reports that Benanti will perform her musical revue, Tales From Soprano Isle, September 27-October 8, including songs from her Tony Award-winning performance in Gypsy and her TV turn in The Sound of Music Live!
Café Carlyle is located at 35 East 76th Street in Manhattan. The club sells tickets at Ticketweb.com and by calling (212) 744-1600. Tickets were not on sale as of 1:30 PM ET August 17.
