On June 3, Tony Award winner Laura Benanti takes the stage for Long Wharf Theatre's 2019 gala in Connecticut. In her show Tales From Soprano Isle, Benanti will trace her journey to the Great White Way through tales and tunes.

Currently starring as Eliza Doolittle in the Lincoln Center Theater revival of My Fair Lady, Benanti was previously seen in Steve Martin’s Broadway comedy Meteor Shower. She's also starred in Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown and Gypsy, the latter of which earned her Tony, Drama Desk, and Outer Critics Circle Awards.

The New Haven gala kicks off with a cocktail reception prior to the performance on the Claire Tow Stage in the C. Newton Schenck III Theatre and finishes with a dessert reception. For more information, visit LongWharf.org.
