News   Leslie Kritzer and Stephen Bogardus Join Lineup for Adam Gwon Concert at Le Poisson Rouge
Leslie Kritzer, Stephen Bogardus, Autumn Hurlburt and Andrew Samonsky have joined the Jan. 11 concert celebrating the work of Ordinary Days composer-lyricist Adam Gwon.

The 10:30 PM concert, which will be held at Le Poisson Rouge, will reunite original Ordinary  Days Off-Broadway cast members Hunter Foster, Lisa Brescia, Jared Gertner and Kate Wetherhead.

Newly added are Kritzer (Sondheim on Sondheim, A Catered Affair), Samonsky (South Pacific), Bogardus (Falsettos, Man of La Mancha), Hurlbert (Legally Blonde), Geoff Packard (Rock of Ages), Matt Hydzik (West Side Story) and Marla Mindelle (South Pacific).

Marc Bruni, who staged Ordinary Days Off-Broadway, will direct the concert, which promises highlights and cut songs from Ordinary Days, as well as material from Gwon's upcoming stage projects. Vadim Feichtner will musical direct and will be joined by Cathy Venable on piano.

Ordinary Days is billed this way: "From the bustling streets to the quiet rooftops, Ordinary Days tells the story of four young New Yorkers whose lives are unexpectedly interconnected by circumstance. The series of funny and fortuitous events in this intimate, fast-paced musical proves that ordinary days can be simply extraordinary."

Composer-lyricist Gwon's Ordinary Days, which was seen Off-Broadway last spring, also played a sold-out run at the Finborough Theatre in London, after making its world premiere at Pennsylvania Centre Stage and appearing in the 2008 NAMT Festival of New Musicals and the 2008 ASCAP/Disney Musical Theatre Workshop. His other musicals include Bernice Bobs Her Hair (with librettist Julia Jordan), The Boy Detective Fails and Ethan Frome. Visit www.adamgwon.com. For tickets visit LePoissonRouge. Le Poisson Rouge is located at 158 Bleecker Street.
