News Librettist Peter Stone is Titanic Guest on TV's "Theatre Talk," Feb. 26 Librettist Peter Stone will be the guest on the Feb. 26 edition of "Theater Talk" (at midnight on NY's Channel 13). Stone is currently represented on Broadway by two shows: the Tony-winning Titanic and Irving Berlin's Annie Get Your Gun, for which he revised the book.

Librettist Peter Stone will be the guest on the Feb. 26 edition of "Theater Talk" (at midnight on NY's Channel 13). Stone is currently represented on Broadway by two shows: the Tony-winning Titanic and Irving Berlin's Annie Get Your Gun, for which he revised the book.

Stone will talk with "Theater Talk" host Michael Reidel and Susan Haskins about Annie Get Your Gun and the challenge of reworking Herbert and Dorothy Fields' original book. He will also meditate on how the nature of the musical book has changed in the last several decades.

Stone's other works include 1776 and Woman of the Year.

That program is rebroadcast 9:30 PM May 23 on Cablevision's MSG Metro Learning Channel.
