Classic Arts News Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra Announces January Tour Dates Jazz at Lincoln Center's Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra, led by Wynton Marsalis, will tour through the Midwest next month before traveling to Yokahama, Japan, JALC announced.
The first leg of the band's 2006 Jazz From Coast to Coast Tour will begin in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and include stops in Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois.

From January 30 to February 4, the band will be in residence at Minato Mirai Hall in Yokahama, where it will perform and give master classes, workshops, and clinics.

Dates for the tour are below.

January 18: Carnegie Music Hall, Pittsburgh, PA
January 19: Performing Arts Center, Shippensburg University,
   Shippensburg, PA
January 20: Weiss Center, Lewisburg, PA
January 22: Hill Auditorium, Ann Arbor, MI
January 24: Swasey Chapel, Granville, OH
January 25: Wharton Center for the Performing Arts,
   Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI
January 26: Buntrock Hall, Chicago, IL
January 27: Buntrock Hall and Orchestra Hall, Chicago, IL
January 28: Orchestra Hall, Chicago, IL
January 30-February 4: Minato Mirai Hall, Yokahama, Japan
