Little by Little, the Brad Ross-Ellen Greenfield-Hal Hackady musical about love and friendship, which opened at the York Theatre Jan. 21, has extended its run once more, this time until Feb. 28 (the previous extension was to be until Feb. 21).

Production spokespersons don't anticipate a further extension because cast-member Liz Larsen has other commitments starting in March. Larsen, Christiane Noll and Darrin Baker complete the romantic triangle at the center of Little by Little.

A sung-through piece, the musical follows a man and two women from childhood friendship to the love triangle which evolves as they grow into adults. Brad Ross wrote the music, while Ellen Greenfield and Hal Hackady penned the lyrics. Hackady, known for his playful wordplay, wrote Goodtime Charlie , among other works. Greenfield and Annette Jolles -- who also directs -- authored the original story.

Noll comes to Little straight from her Broadway debut in Jekyll and Hyde. She also recently participated in a new workshop of the Barry Manilow musical Harmony .

Larsen is best known for her The Most Happy Fella performance, for which she was nominated for a Tony Award. She has also been seen on Broadway in Damn Yankees and Starmites, and Off-Broadway in A New Brain. Baker's credits include The Scarlet Pimpernel and Sunset Boulevard. Noll, of course, comes straight from Jekyll & Hyde.
