Broadway stars Liz Callaway and Peter Gallagher are scheduled to lob and tee-off as celebrity chairpersons of the Actors Fund’s Jock Duncan Celebri-TEE Golf & Tennis Outing, which will take place July 31 at the Knickerbocker Country Club in Tenafly, New Jersey.

Attendees will join Golf Chair Gallagher (Guys and Dolls, Covert Affairs, On the 20th Century) and Tennis Chair Callaway (Cats, Baby, The Spitfire Grill)! for their respective summer sports to raise funds for The Actors Fund’s Lillian Booth Actors Home. Both performers are Tony Award nominees. The outing, now in its seventh year, is named for The Actors Fund’s former treasurer Jock Duncan, who served as a trustee for 13 years.

Now in its seventh year, the event raises funds for The Actors Fund’s Lillian Booth Actors Home in Englewood, New Jersey, the acclaimed assisted living and skilled nursing care facility for those who worked in performing arts and entertainment, and their immediate families. The outing is named for The Actors Fund’s former treasurer Jock Duncan, who served as a Fund trustee for 13 years.

Registration opens at 10 AM, followed by lunch and tee off at noon, tennis round robin at 2 PM, followed by a cocktail reception, charity auction, dinner and live performances.

“I’m proud to continue this annual tradition,” said Gallagher, a multi-year participant in the event. “It’s an honor to join our guests in giving back to The Actors Fund, an organization that provides so much care for our performing arts and entertainment community.”
