News Lombardi and Rain Casts to Appear at NYC Barnes and Noble This Fall The life and career of composer and performer Kaye Thompson will be celebrated at the Lincoln Triangle Barnes and Noble in Manhattan in November. Lombardi stars Dan Lauria and Judith Light will also make appearances.

Grammy-winning performer Dionne Warwick will sign her autobiography "My Life As I See It" Nov. 2 at 7:30 PM. Warwick will discuss her career with Steven Sorrentino.

MAC winner Anne Steel will sign and perform from her album of re-imagined standards, "Strings Attached," Nov. 3 at 6 PM. Actress Marlo Thomas will discuss her life and memoir "Growing Up Laughing" Nov. 4 at 7:30 PM.

On Nov. 9 at 7:30 PM biographer Sam Irwin will celebrate the life of composer, arranger and performer Kaye Thompson with "From Funny Face to Eloise." The evening will feature live performances, film clips and conversations with "Eloise" illustrator Hilary Knight.

The cast of Rain: A Tribute to the Beatles on Broadway will appear Nov. 11 at 5 PM. Special guest Sid Bernstein, who first brought the Beatles across the pond, will participate in the evening that will feature performances by Steve Landes, Joey Curatolo, Joe Bithorn and Ralph Castelli.

Lombardi's Laurie and Light (who portray the famous NFL coach and his wife, respectively), will join biographer David Maraniss to explore the life of the late football icon and the Broadway play Nov. 12 at 5 PM. Author Tom Clavin will stop by Nov. 12 at 7:30 PM to discuss his book "That Old Black Magic: Louis Prima, Keely Smith and the Golden Age of Vegas." The event will also preview clips from the new DVD "Louis Prima: In Person."

Stage and screen actress Stefanie Powers, who will perform at Feinstein's at the Regency in November, will discuss her memoir "One From the Hart" Nov. 15 at 12:30 PM.

Cabaret performer Ann Hampton Callaway will perform as part of the Nov. 15 event with Tina Powers at 7:30 PM. "Reporting from the Other Side" documents Powers journey from reporter to professional psychic.

Songwriter Sam Davis will be joined by a host of male performers from Broadway Nov. 17 at 6 PM to celebrate his PS Classics album "Love on a Summer Afternoon."

Zero Hour actor Jim Brochu will join theatre journalist and author Peter Filichia to discuss "Broadway Musicals: The Biggest Hit and the Biggest Flop of the Season 1959 – 2009" Nov. 30 at 7 PM. Performer Jake Wesley Stewart will offer musical samplings from the shows discussed.

It was recently announced that the Lincoln Triangle Barnes & Noble will close in January 2011 due to the increased rent. The company is seeking a new location on the Upper West Side.
