News London's Landor Theatre to Host Three Broadway Classics, Carousel, Gypsy and Ragtime The Landor Theatre, a pub venue in South London's Clapham, is mounting consecutive new productions of three Broadway classics for the summer and autumn season: Rodgers and Hammerstein's Carousel to run in July, Gypsy to follow in August and Ragtime in September.

Carousel, which will begin performances July 5 for a run through July 30, will be directed by Jeremy Lloyd Thomas. Gypsy, running Aug. 2-27, will be directed by Andrew Keates. Ragtime, running Sept. 1-Oct. 8, will be directed by Robert McWhir, the Landor's artistic director. Ragtime will be produced by John W. Carter and Jason Ferguson in association with the Landor Theatre. Cast and the rest of the creative teams are yet to be announced, but according to press materials, "All three productions will boast an impressively large cast and re-imagination of the pieces to suit one of London's most respected and intimate fringe venues."
