News Luker, Dvorsky and Millie's Baldwin Sing New Works at Symphony Space, Jan. 20 Rebecca Luker, who spent the summer performing in the Kennedy Center's production of Stephen Sondheim's Passion, will be among the singers taking part in New Voices in a New Space, a Symphony Space series presented by the New Composers Collective.

Rebecca Luker, who spent the summer performing in the Kennedy Center's production of Stephen Sondheim's Passion, will be among the singers taking part in New Voices in a New Space, a Symphony Space series presented by the New Composers Collective.

Luker will be joined by George (The Scarlet Pimpernel) Dvorsky, Thoroughly Modern Millie's Kate Baldwin and Dan (Forbidden Broadway) Reichard in this evening, which is scheduled for Jan. 20, 2003 at Symphony Space's Leonard Nimoy Thalia. The singers-actors will perform works by four up-n-coming composers: Sam Davis, Joel Fram, Joshua Rosenblum, and Georgia Stitt. Songs will include tunes from musicals in development as well as American Art Songs and more pop-sounding works. Show time is 8 PM.

Rebecca Luker was most recently on The Great White Way in the acclaimed revival of Meredith Willson's The Music Man. She received Tony, Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Award nominations for her role as Marian, the librarian. Luker's other Broadway credits include roles in The Sound of Music, Show Boat, The Secret Garden and The Phantom of the Opera.
