News Mamma Mia!'s Kramer to Perform at Civil Liberties Benefit Sara Kramer, who stars as Sophie in the Broadway production of Mamma Mia!, will join opera singer Liana Stampur for a July 25 concert to benefit the youth programs of the New York Civil Liberties Union.

The New Voices for Civil Liberties Benefit Concert will be held at Symphony Space, located in Manhattan at 95th Street and Broadway. Show time is 7:30 PM with dessert following the performance. The evening, according to a press statement, will also recognize the new voices of civil liberties: "the peer educators of the Teen Health Initiative, the winners of the NYCLU's First Amendment Essay/Poster/Spoken Word Contest, and the recipient of the 2005 ACLU Youth Activist Scholarship." Sara Kramer is currently making her Broadway debut in Mamma Mia! as Sophie, a role she also played in the show's national tour. Her regional credits include Christine in the Maury Yeston version of Phantom and Cosette in the world premiere of Les Misérables School Edition.
