The theatre events are free and open to the public at the Segal Theatre Center at 365 Fifth Ave. (near 34th St.). The 2006 spring theatre programs continue the "emphasis on world theatre, the fast growing discipline of documentary theatre and the experience of immigration, highlighting the commitment to bridging the gap between the academic and professional performing arts communities," according to a release.

Wolf's new work The Road Home: Re-Membering America (which just made its world premiere at Boston's Huntington Theatre Company) will be performed in excerpts. The documentary play (as his previous gay-military work Another American...) delves into his own experience in his long drive across the U.S. immediately after September 11.
A look at the works of the noted documentary playwright of Still Life, Execution of Justice and Greensboro: A Requiem (respectively about the Vietnam War, the Harvey Milk murder and the killing of anti-Klu Klux Klan demonstrators). Mann, artistic director of the McCarter Theatre in Princeton, has also directed at her homestage, on Broadway and across the country.
